MY DRIVE 

I’ve always been passionate about solving the messy, complex challenges that stand between companies and clear reporting. That passion truly came alive when I had to hand over all my responsibilities to an outsourcing team. It was then that I realized how easily reporting sheets can grow more complicated with every management change and new reporting requirement.

That experience taught me the importance of keeping processes simple, transferable, and reliable.

Later, when I had the opportunity to design reporting for another firm—again with the goal of handing it over to outsourcing—I approached it differently. I stopped treating Excel sheets as “my own” and instead created processes that were simple, structured, and easy to follow. I discovered that once unnecessary complexity is removed, the data begins to tell its own story.

One of my most valuable insights from this journey is that my strength lies in creative thinking, eliminating complexity, and designing clear, efficient processes.

With that conviction, I became a freelancer with one goal: to truly support organizations wherever they face challenges. Whether simplifying processes, improving reporting, or temporarily strengthening a team, I bring clarity and structure so finance teams can focus on what really matters.
