Challenge: During month-end closing, there is a constant need for the latest data from SAP.
Approach: Developed an SAP script that collected data from multiple transactions and stored it in a central location. This data was then used by Excel Power Query to populate a bridge file.
Result: Data could be easily refreshed with the most up-to-date information from SAP. 

Challenge: Financial statements were largely prepared in Excel. All journal entries had to be reversed in Excel each time, making the process unnecessarily complex and error-prone.
Approach: Developed and implemented FSVs in SAP for multiple entities.
Result: Statutory journal entries are booked directly in SAP and financial statements generated directly from the system, making reconciliation easier and ensuring greater continuity. 

Challenge: Weekly, Cashpool data from two SAP systems had to be manually collected and processed for all participants, then entered into a platform.
Approach: Built a bot with Blue Prism to fully automate this process.
Result: Data preparation was automated, giving the team more time for analysis. 

Challenge: Managers lacked a clear overview of overtime and budgets.
Approach: Created Power BI reports showing overtime per manager/team lead and budgets per manager.
Result: Clear insights, easily refreshed each month and for each new budget version.
